Developed a dual-strategy recommendation for YORK1. Our team proposed an influencer marketing campaign and an AI chatbot implementation to increase online dumpster rental sales and expand into household markets. Presented a full SWOT analysis, competitor profiling, decision matrix, cost breakdown, and chatbot UX prototype.
